Spring Balance Qigong with Alda – 6th April
In Chinese medicine, Spring and liver are interconnected. Spring is the season when the liver is most sensitive. The liver element is wood. The liver contains the yin emotional state of rage and frustration and the yang emotional state of kindness, generosity and forgiveness. In this workshop, you will learn exercises to balance the yin and yang emotions of your liver in your body. The liver is also connected to your eyes, so you will learn exercises that you can do daily to improve your eyesight. Here is what you will learn:
- Zhan Zhuang meditation
- Exercises to boost your liver qi
- Mixing movement & stillness
- Exercises for eye health
- Dun Huan cleansing meditation
