Stress Management with Alda – 10th September
Stress does not necessarily need to be negative, but you need to become aware of how stress you are to know when to put the brakes. To do that, you will need to recognize what are the physical manifestations of stress in your body and your most common stressors. It will be useful to have a stress diary. You will also need to apply stress reduction tools every time you find yourself too stress in order to avoid chronic stress. You will learn:
- What is stress
- How to recognize stress in your body
- Most common stressors
- How to use a stress diary
- Stress reduction tools

Tai Chi workshop with Grandmaster Liming Yue – June
Grandmaster Liming Yue comes back to Devon to share his extensive knowledge and accurate skill. He will be teaching on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. More information about these days, please click: Devon Tai Chi Centre. There will be a session open to all levels on Saturday. For intermediate and advanced students, there will be push hands and applications, sword workshops. Ring us for more info and to book your space.
There is also a very interesting session for those who like experiencing new things. It is a connection to the spirit world through a practice called shen gong (sort of a shamanic qigong). Please contact us directly for more details. It will be on Saturday at 4:30pm.
