It is summer. But we are very active with different courses and workshops currently running in Dublin, and preparing September courses. Soon I will post news of our new courses.
But now, it is still summer. Activities outside of the tai chi world abound. We want to be out and about. We don’t like staying indoors for any reason. It can be tough for beginners for start a tai chi course in this season. I call for your patience! Patience is needed before one can learn an entire form, even though it is a short form.
Some people feel attracted to tai chi because it can be done in the park, on the beach, in a back garden, anywhere. This is one of the beauties of tai chi. Once you know a few moves, you can go and practice at your own pace and in your own favourite spot. Be patient and sooner than you think, you will be practising tai chi in the most unpredictable places.
